Every dish to the right kitchen
Rathyatra is a busy crossing between Sigra and Mahmoorganj, with restaurants that serve South Indian, North Indian and Chinese from one menu. A single table’s order can need three kitchens. Laavia POS splits each order to the right kitchen printer or screen, and captains on tablets keep track of every table in the hall.
01Captains on tablets
Waiters open the table on a tablet, add dishes and notes, and the KOT reaches the kitchen before they leave the table.
02Split by kitchen section
Send dosas to the South Indian counter and curries to the main kitchen from the same order.
03Weekend hall
Merge tables for a large family and split the bill by guest or by payment type at the end.
