A busy kitchen, two rushes a day
Athwa sits between the old city and the newer western suburbs, with offices, banks and colleges close by. Its restaurants feed office lunches at noon and families in the evening, often with a long menu of Punjabi, Chinese and Gujarati dishes. Laavia POS sends each dish to the right kitchen station and shows the cooks what is waiting and for how long.
01One screen for the pass
Every order appears on the kitchen display the moment it is punched, with its table, notes and the time it has been waiting.
02Stations that get only their dishes
Tandoor, Chinese and curry sections each see their own items, so no cook has to read a full ticket.
03Lunch and dinner compared
See which dishes sell at the office lunch and which at dinner, and plan prep for each rush separately.
